Use the Define Hyperlink dialog box to specify the link location and type associated with a hyperlink button.
To open this dialog box select the Hyperlink option in the Button dialog box, and then click the Define Link button.
Type the URL of the web site or the full path and name of the local file that you want to assign to the button.
If you are creating a link to a local file, you can click the Browse button to navigate to and select the file you want to assign to the hyperlink button.
Select this option if the link is to a local file.
Select this option if the link is to a web site.
